ST. PAUL — Minnesota’s AMBER Alert program is about to receive the largest donation in the program’s history. A group of motorcycle enthusiasts from Hastings will present the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) with a check for $25,000 this Sunday, October 25th. the BCA operates the AMBER Alert Program in Minnesota.
