GPS Tracking For Offenders





As you know, I promote the Amber Alert child tracking system but there is another use for this sort of GPS tracking device.

Fixing trackers on to sex offenders is a controversial issue full of human rights arguments and what not. Offenders do go missing and that is never good news.
